- Cancellation:
- Order modifications or cancellations may be possible within a limited timeframe after placing your order.
- To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately at care@ingreens-tech.com.
- If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Return:
- Ingreens will accept the return requests for damaged or poor-quality products due to the company’s error. The claims will be investigated, and an appropriate action will be taken.
- A valid return request must be submitted within 7 days of order delivery via a written communication on care@ingreens-tech.com. Attaching the damaged product image will be necessary. The situation will be assessed, and suitable replacement/ refund will be initiated.
- Returned item must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging with original receipt.
- All product returns are subject to Ingreens’ approval.
- If an incorrect item, has been received, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. A replacement or refund will be arranged.
- Refund:
- Refunds will only be issued for damaged, defective or incorrect items, as determined by Ingreens.
- Refunds will not be issued for items returned due to personal preference or change of mind, due to the nature of the products.
- Once your return claim is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-8 business days. The time, it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping or handling fees, unless the return is due to error.
- Ingreens reserves the right to refuse any return or refund that does not comply with this policy.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding the delivery address. Ingreens is not responsible for failed deliveries due to customer error.
